The wall map and tapings mark 2007 homicide locations from January until the opening date of the exhibition in June of that year. It shares in a dialog with smaller paintings I created about how and when each of us chooses to ‘cross the line’ (the line between action and inaction, heaven and earth, right and wrong) in order to achieve personal freedom.
